Hear that boisterous laugh from the dance floor? It means Jonathan is here! Jonathan puts the “social” in social dance instruction, ensuring every lesson is enjoyable. Charismatic, high energy, and outgoing, Jonathan aims to please and wants you to be the best dancer you can be.
A dance instructor since 2007, Jonathan started his career in Panama City, FL teaching for Fred Astaire Dance Studio. While there, he was named a top regional teacher 5 years running from 2008-2012 and top 10 in the nation in 2008 and 2009. He is a Silver Certified instructor schooled in both American and International dance styles. Jonathan relocated to Northern Virginia where he was a manager at Fred Astaire Studio in Reston, as well as co-director of Latin and Ballroom studio, “Dance with Panache”.
Jonathan is a book of knowledge when it comes to partner dancing and he hopes to bring a new and wonderful experience to those looking to learn at Artistry In Motion.
Lauren Fealtman

She looks sweet and unassuming, but this girl can move! Soft-spoken, yet funny and outgoing, Lauren is a woman of many talents. She is a disciplined, goal-driven instructor whose mission is to get you moving on your personal dance journey. She has the patience and compassion to elevate any student who wants to learn.
Dancing since the age of 5, Lauren started teaching ballroom and Latin dances in 2006 at Arthur Murray Dance Studios in Lemoyne, PA. During that time, she earned awards of Top Teacher in freestyles event, as well as Top Specialist in the district. Lauren later joined the Fred Astaire Studio in Reston, relocating her to the Northern Virginia community that she loves.
Eager for Artistry In Motion to take off here in the DMV area, Lauren believes the dance industry has kept Ballroom & Latin looking contemporary, yet authentic year after year. Lauren is looking to build a dance community for all ages, and will make sure your dance lessons are the best part of your week.
